We all had to get up at 8.30am to get ready for Port Aventura. We left the hotel at 9.00am and everyone was very excited. We arrived at Port Aventura at around 9.30am, but there was a problem getting the tickets into Port Aventura. We managed to get in at around 11.30 thanks to Mr. McCarthy, Mr. Sheehey and Ms. Doorley. Everybody rushed in and the first ride that everyone went on was a rollercoaster/boat ride! Everyone got soaked and there were water guns on a bridge above the ride which allowed you to soak the people underneath! Port Aventura is divided into 5 different sections, China, New Mexico, Polynesia, Far West and the Wild West. We spent most of the day in Port Aventura enjoying rides and shows such as, Drakon Kahn, Temple Of Doom, Stampida, Chairoplanes, Rapids and many more. There were also many different food outlets within the theme park. We left at the closing time for Port Aventura, 7.00pm. Then went back to the hotel for dinner and sleep.

7.30 was the time we were woken up at on the Friday of the trip! Everyone was very tired but we carried on regardless! Our trip for the day was going to Monsserat and shopping around Barcelona for the last time. It was a long drive to Monsserat and we only stayed there for about an hour. Some people went on the cable-carts and some people were too tired to do anything, so just waited in the restaurant until the bus came. We stayed in Barcelona for 2 hours and then drove back to the hotel to get some sleep for the long travelling for the next day.

Everyone woke up at 9 in the morning and got breakfast before we had to check out. We checked out at about 10.00am. Then we left Salou to head to the airport. The flight left Reus at about 2.30pm and we arrived safely in Dublin at around 5.00pm. We arrived back in Wicklow at 6.15pm. Most of us were very tired and looking forward to getting home. We would all like to thank Mr. McCarthy, Mr. Sheehy and Ms. Doorley for an excellent trip and arranging the whole thing.
